A study of the Tchefuncte River as it widens between Madisonville and Mandeville before entering Lake Pontchartrain. The composition reveals a broader stretch of water, where the river begins to open and shift, transitioning from inland movement to coastal expanse.
Gold leaf traces both the river’s path and the surrounding water, emphasizing the relationship between land, current, and shoreline.
